Ruth Boskovic

Senior Growth PM @ Jobber

Ruth is a Senior Growth PM at Jobber where she draws on storytelling and behaviour design to build expansion experiences that create meaningful business value while feeling intuitive to the people using them. Her experience is rooted in the belief that the best experiences don't need to explain themselves; they show users what is possible.

Having worked at small businesses, early-stage startups, and global corporations like PwC, and as AI has entered the mainstream workforce (metaverse anyone?), Ruth is most interested in how AI can make products feel more adaptive and human. When she's not busy plotting roadmaps, you'll find her working on a novel or learning ballet.

Umer Asif

Director of Product @ Shell

Umer is a seasoned product and technology leader with a track record of leading global programs and building scalable digital products. With deep expertise across digital payments, loyalty, e-commerce, and mobility, he has led the end-to-end design and development of digital platforms from concept to multi-million-dollar revenue streams.
An early adopter of emerging tech, Umer is passionate about AI and actively leverages it to boost productivity and spark creativity. While he considers AI the most significant technological leap since the internet, he remains a firm believer that human intelligence is irreplaceable. In this session, Umer will reflect on how AI is reshaping his workday as a product leader—and where it still falls short.

Andrew Turnbull

Principal Designer @ Mural

Andrew is a product leader with UX superpowers who loves building new things - navigating the rollercoaster of ambiguity and uncertainty to guide teams solving meaningful problems.

His background as the Principal Designer at Mural, and previously Managing Director of Product & UX at Evans Hunt, gives him a unique perspective in agencies and startups. He's a hands-on leader who combines craft expertise with strategic thinking, research, and rapid prototyping to untangle complexity and build things that work.
