Building a Great Product on a Tight Budget

Join Richard Campbell as he takes us through the key requirements to build and launch a great product on a shoestring budget.

What are the precursors to building a great product?

Join Richard Campbell as he takes us through the key requirements to build and launch a great product on a shoestring budget. Whether it’s listening to customers, using hunches, small focus groups, and a/b testing, Richard has encountered it all, while doing it by the seat of his pants. Sound familiar?

As product people, we are always aiming to obtain the best results with the least amount of effort, and this notion continually challenges us, but it creates an opportunity for us to share in these moments as professionals.

This is perfect for people who are:

  • Looking to level up their product leadership skills
  • Seeking practical approaches to tricky organizational issues
  • Anyone who is assembling a team, building/releasing a product

About the Presenter

Richard Campbell

has spent his career in startups and high-growth companies. He’s been a product manager (pre-product) at a successful UK marketplace that eventually sold for $350 million, led a consulting firm that grew from 18 to over 400 staff, and most recently founded 10Adventures, an innovative adventure travel startup. He has the bruises from solving the challenges of rapid growth on shoestring budgets.
